Planet Hollywood, the now-bankrupt chain of theme restaurants promoted by the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone, has lost its trademark battle with the Hollywood Casino chain of theme casinos.

In a 154-page opinion handed down Friday, a federal magistrate judge in Chicago found that the public would not be confused by the interiors or the logos for the two restaurants because any similarities were outweighed by the significant differences.
