Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis has added to its Asian network after opening an office in Shanghai — its second in China.
The office — which is to be headed by corporate partner Vincent Tso, who was formerly based in the firm’s Hong Kong arm — adds to an Asian network that includes further branches in Beijing and Taipei.
