Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis has added to its Asia network after opening an office in Shanghai — its second in China. The office — which is to be headed by corporate partner Vincent Tso, who was formerly based in the firm's Hong Kong location -- adds to an Asia network that also includes branches in Beijing and Taipei. The new office will focus on areas including technology, corporate, commercial and capital markets.
