SAN FRANCISCO � Business litigator Robert Ebe has left his post as West Coast head of Bingham McCutchen’s distribution and franchise group to join the San Francisco office of Nixon Peabody. Ebe will handle complex litigation in a variety of commercial litigation areas, including antitrust, trade regulation, contract and business tort disputes in both state and federal courts. Ebe has broad experience in antitrust and trade regulation counseling for manufacturers, distributors, franchisors and others involved in the distribution process. He has also worked on the mediation and arbitration of domestic and international trade disputes. “Bob’s experience and skills as a potent litigator enhance our ability to provide superior service to our clients,” said Paul Schrier, Nixon Peabody’s managing partner in San Francisco. Nixon Peabody is a 700-lawyer global firm with 18 offices in the U.S, Europe and China.
