New Additions Suzanne D. Montgomery and Michael J. Soskahave joined Post & Schell‘s casualty department in the Philadelphia office. Montgomery is a 2007 graduate of Widener University’s law school, where she earned the President’s Award, was regular division valedictorian and was external managing editor of Widener Law Review. Soska, who served in the military in the Balkans and returned as an Army captain, was stationed at Fort Dix, where he managed the training of more than 20,000 Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers for deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2007. Gregg Perchickhas joined Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg & Ellersas an associate in the real estate and finance department. Perchick concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, including retail and commercial leasing, single and multiproperty acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and management and real estate secured financing. Promoted Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott has promoted Michael J. Herzogto member. Herzog, of the firm’s Pittsburgh office, focuses his practice in the areas of tax and employee benefit counseling. He has assisted clients in formations, acquisitions, distributions and business reorganizations involving corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Herzog has advised individuals, business owners and executives in various aspects of federal, state and local taxation including client representation before a variety of taxing jurisdictions. He has also formed non-profit entities, assisted clients to remain compliant with tax-exempt laws and resolved tax controversies for nonprofit entities.   Brett A. Wolfsonhas been elected to partnership in Rawle & Henderson. Since joining the Philadelphia office in 2003, Wolfson has successfully defended and tried cases brought by plaintiffs alleging permanent and catastrophic injuries or death. Among his practice areas are products liability, medical malpractice and general casualty. �
