APATOFF PETERS John Huggins, 44, has joined as a partner in Apatoff Peters’ Rockville, Md., office. He will work on corporate, technology, and estate planning matters. Previously, he was an associate in the Washington office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo. Huggins earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
CARR MALONEY Two associates were named partners in Carr Maloney’s Washington office. Mariana Bravo, 39, concentrates her practice on general and professional liability, as well as complex litigation. Bravo earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Michael Sepanik, 34, concentrates his practice on product liability, professional malpractice, and complex litigation. Sepanik earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
FELDESMAN TUCKER LEIFER FIDELL Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell promoted two associates to the partnership in the firm’s Washington office. Adam Falk, 35, is a member of the health care law and corporate and business law practice groups. Falk earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Robert Graham, 40, is a member of the appeals and government grants and contracts practice groups. Graham earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
KATTEN MUCHIN ROSENMAN Frank Zarb Jr., 46, has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in its securities practice in the firm’s Washington office. Prior to joining, he was deputy general counsel and chief securities counsel for Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., based in New York City. Zarb earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
KUTAK ROCK Two attorneys have been named of counsel and one has been named managing partner in Kutak Rock’s Washington office. Jennifer Blunt, 43, has advanced to the position of counsel. She previously worked as an associate. Blunt received her J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Seth Kirshenberg, 40, has been named a managing partner at the firm. He was previously partner. Kirshenberg’s practice focuses on real estate. He earned his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law. Kathleen Miles, 51, has joined the firm as of counsel in the firm’s finance and securities practice. Previously, she was associate general counsel at Fannie Mae in Washington. Miles received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
MANATT, PHELPS & PHILLIPS Kevin Di Gregory, 53, has joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips’ Washington office as a partner in the criminal defense and investigations practice group. Di Gregory joins the firm from his position as deputy criminal chief in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Virginia. Di Gregory earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
MORRIS, MANNING & MARTIN Two partners have joined Morris, Manning & Martin’s Washington office. Christopher Raimund, 43, will lead the firm’s chemical practice in the intellectual practice group. He was most recently a partner at Merchant & Gould’s Washington office. Raimund earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Ping Wang, 43, will lead the firm’s biotechnology practice within the intellectual practice group. She was previously senior associate at DLA Piper in the firm’s Washington office. Wang earned her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
SKADDEN, ARPS, SLATE, MEAGHER & FLOM Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom named four new partners in the Washington office. Each attorney previously worked as counsel. William Conway Jr., 50, is in the firm’s energy regulatory, energy and infrastructure projects, and climate change practices. Conway earned his J.D. from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. Jeffrey Pade, 38, is in the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice. Pade earned his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Eric Sensenbrenner, 36, is in the firm’s tax practice. Sensenbrenner earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
