Philadelphia’s Cozen O’Connor has announced Iden Grant Martyn and several colleagues from The Martyn Law Firm will be joining the firm. Martyn joins the firm in Washington as a member of the white collar and complex criminal defense practice. “We are pleased to welcome Iden and his team,” Tad Decker, the firm’s chief executive officer, said in a news release. “Iden has an outstanding reputation in a highly specialized practice area that is poised for explosive growth.” Martyn opened his firm in 2002, concentrating on representing corporations and senior-level corporate officials in civil and criminal fraud matters. He has experience handling False Claims Act matters for a range of clients in the health care, defense contract and financial services industries. Before that, Martyn served as principal deputy director at the Executive Office for United States Attorneys and worked as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Northern District of Ohio. Martin will be joined by several colleagues, including associate Jennifer Unhoch in Washington and associates Steve Ahn and Claire Lakin-Koel in Houston. Cozen O’Connor has 500 attorneys in 21 offices.
