Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi has appointed Martin Lueck as chairman of its executive board. He succeeds Michael V. Ciresi, who steps down after 25 years in the position. Lueck has served as chairman of Robins Kaplan’s business litigation group since 1999. He is a trial lawyer with a focus on commercial litigation and was named to The National Law Journal‘s list of 10 winning litigators in 2004. A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, he became a partner in 1991. He is fellow of the American College Trial Lawyers and of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. The Minneapolis-based firm also has appointed Steven Schumeister as managing partner.
