The former co-chairman of Heller Ehrman’s life sciences practice, Bruce W. Jenett, has joined DLA Piper to become co-chairman of its global life sciences practice. Jenett has joined the firm’s corporate and securities practice group as a partner in its Silicon Valley office in East Palo Alto, Calif. He represents business and finance clients in the life sciences industry, handling equity and debt financing, licensing and distribution, strategic alliances, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Jenett had been co-chairman of Heller Ehrman’s global life sciences practice for seven years.
