Dinsmore & Shohl named George H. Vincent managing partner of the firm and chairman of its board, succeeding Clifford A. Roe, Jr., the firm said in a press release. Vincent, who is already the chair of the firm’s Finance Committee, is based in Cincinnati and has a practice in general business and corporate law, with a focus on corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. He joined the firm in 1982 as an associate. Vincent wasn’t immediately available for comment. The firm was founded in Cincinnati 100 years ago and now has 320 lawyers in nine offices in Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
