A shortage of U.S. visas for skilled foreign workers has prompted Atlanta-based Fisher & Phillips to think globally. The firm has launched a worldwide immigration practice to assist companies that are expanding their foreign operations in response to U.S. visa restrictions.

Macdonald, proprietor of the Macdonald Immigration Law Group, for his expertise in moving U.S. workers to operations in other countries and non-U.S. workers between foreign countries.
