Paul Rashkind is one of a handful of assistant federal public defenders around the nation who has volunteered to represent Guantanamo Bay detainees accused of terrorism and providing support to terror organizations. And although his life has changed � he thinks his phones are bugged, and he has to deal with Guantanamo Bay guards who are "jerks" � Rashkind says it's all worth it. "This is important work," says Rashkind, who says his biggest challenge is obtaining information about his clients.
