When Alexander Bono left his general counsel job at Commerce Bancorp, he looked at all of his options, including openings at law firms and opportunities to serve as the GC for publicly traded companies or private investment groups. Ultimately, the chance to go into private practice, where he could best service clients, sounded like the best option. With that in mind, Bono has joined the Philadelphia office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis as a partner and chairman of the securities litigation practice.
