Last week was a good one on the litigation front for Atlanta attorney Anne W. Lewis. Along with other lawyers for the state of Georgia, she succeeded in convincing a federal judge to dismiss a challenge to the state’s voter identification law.

Northern District of Georgia Judge Harold L. Murphy issued his order in that case on Thursday, garnering headlines across the state and beyond. But earlier in the week, Lewis scored a victory in another lawsuit.
