New Additions James C. Dalton has joined Unruh Turner Burke & Freesin its corporate litigation department in an of counsel position. Prior to joining the firm, Dalton worked in the Bucks County DA’s office and in private practice in Chester County. � Honored Heather C. Giordanella , a shareholder at Miller Alfano & Raspanti, received the Outstanding Member Award at the National Association of Women Lawyers’(NAWL) 2007 annual awards luncheon on Aug. 2. The luncheon took place at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. As an active member of NAWL, Giordanella serves as NAWL’s co-chairwoman of the national program committee and as the national chairwoman of the negotiation skills program. At the annual luncheon, she was installed as an at-large member of NAWL’s board. � Elected and Appointed Ilan Rosenberg , a Cozen O’Connormember, and H. Marc Tepper, a partner at Buchanan Ingersoll, have joined the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce, Central Atlantic Region’sexecutive committee as vice presidents. Paul Schieber, a partner at Blank Rome, will serve as the group’s new secretary. � Jeffrey H. Rosedale, a Woodcock Washburnattorney, has been admitted to the Round Table Scholarprogram, a consortia of consulting professors. Rosedale concentrates his practice in helping high-technology clients develop, protect and profit from their intellectual property and is a member of the firm’s nanotechnology practice group. Peter Foster Kelsen, a Blank Romepartner, has been appointed as a member of the Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission Kelsen will be in charge of re-writing the Philadelphia Zoning Code, as authorized in a referendum passed in the May primary. He will also be involved in reviewing all legislation concerning zoning map changes and zoning code amendments, as well as making recommendations on adjustment applications for the city of Philadelphia. At the firm, Kelsen concentrates his practice in the area of land use and real estate development. � Hersh Kozlov, managing partner at Wolf Block Schorr & Solis-Cohen, has been chosen to serve on the Romney for President National Finance Co-Chairs, a group that supports presidential candidate Gov. Mitt Romney. This board will offer support and guidance to Romney as he travels the country communicating his vision. This group will also be in charge of building resources for his national campaign. �
