RESIGNATION WITH CHARGES PENDING The following persons have resigned as members of the State Bar of California. They are ineligible to practice law in the state of California, effective on the dates indicated. Frank Thomas Davies, San Diego, June 29 SUSPENSION The following persons have been suspended by the California Supreme Court, effective on the dates indicated. Unless otherwise noted, they are required to pass the professional responsibility exam specified in the court order and to comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of Court: Craig Douglas Foster, Dunsmuir � July 8: Suspended for 90 days. Two years’ probation with conditions. # Thomas William Gillen, Yorba Linda � June 28: Suspended for 30 days. Two years’ probation with conditions. Bernabe Hernandez, Santa Rosa � June 28: Suspended for two years and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. Five years’ probation with conditions. Must make restitution. Ken Sejima Horio, Huntington Beach � June 29: Suspended for two years and until restitution and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. Four years’ probation with conditions. Keith Germain Jordan, San Jose � June 28: Suspended for nine months. Three years’ probation with conditions. Must make restitution. Susan Jordan, Los Angeles � June 28: Suspended for one year. If the period of actual suspension is two years or greater, remain suspended until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. Five years’ probation with conditions. Must make restitution. # Marie Isabel Klopchic, Martinez � June 29: Suspended for 30 days. Two years’ probation with conditions. Ronald S. Parker, Las Vegas, Nev. � June 28: Suspended for one year and until restitution.
