Baker & McKenzie has strengthened its banking, finance and major projects practice in New York with the addition of Ata Dinlenc as partner. Dinlenc joins the firm from Bingham McCutchen, where he was counsel. Dinlenc represents developers, investors and financial institutions in international and domestic energy and other infrastructure project development, financings and workouts. He has recently been involved in the debt and tax equity financing of numerous projects involving wind energy. Dinlenc, who is fluent in Turkish, received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from John Hopkins University. Baker & McKenzie has more than 3,400 lawyers in 70 offices in 38 countries.
