Seyfarth Shaw increased its associate salary scale in all its offices, with starting salaries in the New York office increased to $160,000 from $145,000. Incremental salary increases were also made to other class years. Salaries in the L.A., San Francisco, Washington, Chicago and Boston offices jumped from $135,000 to $145,000 for first-year associates. Sacramento increased starting salaries from $121,000 to $135,000. Houston first-year associates will make $135,000 from $108,000 and Atlanta starting salaries increased from $115,000 to $130,000. “The higher salary levels represent our commitment to rewarding exceptional performance in the competitive markets where we have an established national presence,” said J.
