Authored Daniel J. Alan Kesslerof Wolf Block Schorr & Solis- Cohenhas been re-elected vice chairman of the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors, an 11-member board in service of the American Postal System. His re-election to vice chairman came at the group’s monthly meeting in Washington, D.C.   Correction In Friday’s edition of The Legal, in the front page story headlined “Low Judicial Rating Fails To Bury Berry Candidacy,” incorrect information was given about Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge James Murray Lynn’s year of election and years in practice. Lynn was elected in 1991, and he practiced for 18 years. �
