And after a month in the job, U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy, D-Pa., has already sponsored legislation on one of his biggest campaign points. The Blue Dog Democrat and Iraq War veteran introduced late last month a plan to “end waste, fraud and abuse in Iraq.”
