ARENT FOXDennis Cuneo, 56, has rejoined Arent Fox’s D.C. office as counsel in the automotive practice. Cuneo was formerly senior vice president at Toyota Motor North America in New York, spending more than 22 years in executive positions with the company. At the time of his departure, Cuneo was in charge of external affairs and legal, environmental, and strategic planning. Earlier in his career, Cuneo was an associate at Arent Fox, where he worked on regulatory cases and was the primary associate for the firm’s Toyota account. Cuneo received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.

BLANK ROME Jennifer Gershberg has been hired by Blank Rome as an associate in the litigation practice. Before joining the firm, Gershberg was an associate in the litigation and health practice groups at Jackson & Campbell. While there, Gershberg, 29, focused her practice in litigation involving employment law and medical malpractice defense in both state and federal courts. She earned her law degree from George Washington University Law School.

COCHRAN & OWEN Kimberly Cole has joined Cochran & Owen as an associate. She focuses her practice on employment, real estate, and commercial litigation. Before joining Cochran & Owen, Cole was an associate practicing commercial litigation and transactional law at Scarapp & Weiss. Before that she was a corporate tax consultant at Ernst & Young’s McLean, Va., office. Cole, 27, earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
DECHERT Jeffrey Brennan, 47, has joined Dechert as a partner in the firm’s D.C. office. Brennan arrives from the Federal Trade Commission, where he was associate director of the Bureau of Competition and assistant director of the Health Care Services and Products Division. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
LERCH, EARLY & BREWER Anne Fox has joined Lerch, Early & Brewer as an associate in the firm’s employment and labor practice and its litigation practice. Before joining, Fox worked as a clerk for North Carolina Supreme Court Judge Paul Newby. Fox, 28, received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
SAUL EWING Gerald Dziecichowicz Jr. has joined Saul Ewing as an associate in the firm’s litigation department. Previously, Dziecichowicz, 27, was an associate at Baltimore insurance defense firm Eccleston & Wolf, where he concentrated his practice in professional liability litigation. Dziecichowicz received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
SKADDEN, ARPS, SLATE, MEAGHER & FLOM Heather Maloy, a former associate chief counsel for the Income Tax & Accounting Division of the Internal Revenue Service, has joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s tax group as counsel. While with the IRS, Maloy, 44, provided advice and technical assistance to the commissioner on tax administration matters, tax compliance, and tax policy. She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School.
WILSON SONSINI GOODRICH & ROSATI Seth Silber, 37, joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as of counsel in the firm’s Reston, Va., office. He works in the antitrust and trade regulation practice, where he focuses on antitrust counseling and litigation. Silber joined the firm after serving six years at the Federal Trade Commission. Most recently, he served as antitrust adviser to Commissioner Jon Leibowitz, advising him on enforcement issues relating to anti-competitive conduct and mergers affecting the health care, medical devices, media, and oil and gas industries.
