New partners DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary: Frank Menaker comes on board as partner in the firm’s Washington office. He was previously at Lockheed Martin Corp., where he served as senior vice president and general counsel for 10 years. New counsel Baron & Budd (Dallas): Rob Crain comes on board as of counsel to the firm’s Dallas office. He was most recently a name partner in the Dallas personal injury firm of Crain & Montes. Jones Day: Tony Chen joins the intellectual property department as of counsel to the firm’s Shanghai, China, office. He was previously head of the intellectual property group at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Laterals Baker & McKenzie: James P.
