DISBARMENT The following persons have been disbarred by the California Supreme Court, effective on the dates indicated. They are ineligible to practice law, and their names have been stricken from the roster of California attorneys. They must comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of the Court. Thomas Scott Tanana, San Diego, Oct. 7 RESIGNATION WITH CHARGES PENDING The following persons have resigned as members of the State Bar of California. They are ineligible to practice law in the state of California, effective on the dates indicated. Lloyd Sanborn Kumley, Salem, Ore., Sept. 30 Joseph Paul Rosati, San Diego, Sept. 30 SUSPENSION The following persons have been suspended by the California Supreme Court, effective on the dates indicated. Unless otherwise noted, they are required to pass the professional responsibility exam specified in the court order and to comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of Court: * Juan Chacon, Sacramento � Oct. 2: Suspended for 90 days. Probation is revoked. Previously ordered stay of suspension is lifted. Two years’ probation with conditions. # Michael Warren Coopet, Saint Paul, Minn. � Oct. 9: Suspended for 60 days and until restitution. If respondent is actually suspended for 90 days or more, he/she is further ordered to comply with Rule 955. Two years’ probation with conditions. #* Wendy Ann McGhee, Chula Vista � Oct. 9: Suspended for 60 days. Actual suspension must commence upon termination of the suspension imposed in S131184. Three years’ probation with conditions. * William O’Neill III, Auburn � Oct. 9: Suspended for six months and until restitution. If the period of actual suspension is two years or greater, remain suspended until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. Two years’ probation with conditions. * Roger Daniel Price, Visalia � Oct. 7: Suspended for 120 days and until State Bar Court grants motion to terminate suspension. If the period of actual suspension is two years or greater, remain suspended until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice and learning and ability in the general law. #* Barry Alan Sisselman, Newbury Park � Oct. 9: Suspended for six months. Actual suspension must commence upon termination of the suspension imposed in S126156. Five years’ probation with conditions. * Not required to pass the Professional Responsibility Examination # Not required to comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of the Court REINSTATEMENT FROM SUSPENSION The following persons, originally suspended for disciplinary reasons, were reinstated on the dates set forth below upon satisfaction of all requirements: Robert F. Donovan, San Diego, Oct. 6 PROBATION The following persons have been placed on probation with conditions by the California Supreme Court on the dates indicated.
