Jonathan Aberman, 44, has experience in public, private, domestic, and international companies and various industries. He earned his law degree from Cambridge University, Downing College, and his LL.M. in corporate law from New York University. David Dutil, 36, represents domestic and international venture capital funds, borrowers, and lenders in business formation and corporate governance.
