Two years probation with conditions. *# Tracy Lynn Williams, Costa Mesa — Feb. 12: Probation is revoked. Previously ordered stay of suspension is lifted. Suspended for two years and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice, and learning and ability in the general law.
