resignation with charges pending The following persons have resigned as members of the State Bar of California. They are ineligible to practice law in the state of California, effective on the dates indicated. Chris Harout Beshlian, Whittier, Oct. 10 Richard Alvin Hellesto, Jacksonville, Oct. 13 resignation with no charges pending The following persons have resigned as members of the California State Bar and their resignations have been accepted by the California Supreme Court. They are ineligible to practice law in the state of California, effective on the dates indicated. Timothy John Loy, Longview, Wash., Oct. 10 Suspension The following persons have been suspended by the California Supreme Court, effective on the dates indicated. Unless otherwise noted, they are required to pass the professional responsibility exam specified in the court order and to comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of Court: # Richard Distefano, Monterey Park — Oct. 10: Suspended for 18 months and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice, and learning and ability in the general law. Credit shall be given for the period of interim suspension which commenced on Nov. 27, 2003. Three years probation with conditions. Carol Raye Gulla, Big Bear Lake — Oct. 10: Suspended for 90 days and until State Bar Court grants motion to terminate suspension. If the period of actual suspension is two years or greater, remain suspended until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice, and learning and ability in the general law. # Wayne A. Hagendorf, Newport Beach — Oct. 10: Suspended for 60 days. One year probation with conditions. Anthony Stuart Lowenstein, Burlingame — Oct. 13: Suspended for 90 days. Two years probation with conditions. #* Dennis Vance Milner, Dublin — Oct. 10: Probation revoked. Suspended for 30 days. Must make restitution. Three years probation with conditions. #* Robert Emil Relat, Salinas — Oct. 13: Suspended for one year and until restitution and until State Bar Court grants motion to terminate suspension. # Paul Allen Schelly, Huntington Park — Oct. 13: Suspended for 60 days. Three years probation with conditions. # Charles Carter Simon, Glendale — Oct. 13: Suspended for 30 days. Two years probation with conditions. Jennifer Lyn Walker, Mendocino — Oct. 13: Suspended for 90 days. Two years probation with conditions. Reinstatement from suspension The following persons, originally suspended for disciplinary reasons, were reinstated on the dates set forth below upon satisfaction of all requirements: W.
