In the Oct. 4 issue, ” In Plain Sight” (Page 1) overstated on Page 16 the decline in Greenberg Traurig’s lobbying revenue due to a calculation error. In fact, according to lobbying disclosure reports, in the first half of 2003 the firm’s revenue was $13,490,000; in the first half of 2004 it was $7,040,000, a 48 percent drop. Also in the Oct. 4 issue, ” Docket Watch” (Page 10) gave an incorrect first initial for T. Christopher Kelley, who argued for respondent Freddie Booker in United States v. Booker, No. 04-104. The corrections have been made to the online versions of the articles.
