No. 04-0278 Where a condominium association’s code of regulations did not restrict the association to a contract action to recover unpaid assessments, the association could impose a lien on defendant’s unit and foreclose on that lien for defendant’s failure to comply with the unambiguous terms of an agreement to sell his unit by a certain date.
