Fontana, 46, was previously general counsel at Getronics Government Solutions. He graduated from Temple University School of Law. BEVERIDGE & DIAMOND Beveridge & Diamond elected Ilana Sultan as a partner in its D.C. office. Sultan, 36, is a litigator focusing on white collar criminal defense, including environmental criminal matters. Sultan graduated from the University of Chicago Law School. BRACEWELL & PATTERSON Benjamin Israel, 41, has joined Bracewell & Patterson as a D.C. partner. He focuses on electric power development and acquisition of electric power generation assets. Israel was previously a Troutman Sanders partner. He graduated from George Washington University Law School. COLLIER SHANNON SCOTT Collier Shannon Scott has added two intellectual property lawyers from Pennie & Edmonds to its D.C. office. Nancy Lutz, 44, has joined as a partner. Lutz manages trademark and copyright portfolios for clients and provides prosecution, counseling, and litigation services. Previously a partner at Pennie & Edmonds, Lutz graduated from John Marshall Law School. Seth Watkins, 34, has joined as a senior associate. Watkins concentrates on patent prosecution, litigation, opinion preparation, and agreement negotiation. Johnson, 59, represents mass media clients, including radio and television station owners, broadcast networks, and satellite program distributors. Stephen Lovelady, 46, has joined as senior counsel and represents clients in acquisitions and sales of radio and television stations. GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY James Oldham, a Georgetown University Law Center professor, has become an impartial arbitrator for the National Hockey League Players’ Association and the National Hockey League. Oldham, 63, teaches labor law, contracts, and arbitration. He received his law degree from Stanford Law School. HIGHSAW, MAHONEY & CLARKE C. Madison Brewer, 61, has joined D.C.’s Highsaw, Mahoney & Clarke as of counsel. He concentrates on labor and employment law litigation. HOWREY SIMON ARNOLD & WHITE Howrey Simon Arnold & White has added two former McKenna Long & Aldridge partners to its Washington, D.C., office. Partner Andrew Reidy, 41, is former chairman of McKenna’s insurance recovery group. He represents policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. Robert Glennon, 55, is a member of the government relations practice, where he focuses on federal tax legislation. Previously, he was a tax partner at Williams & Jensen. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Alvin Lorman, 58, has joined the health care practice and focuses on food and drug law and biotechnology. SONNENSCHEIN Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal has added Hank Moore as a senior managing director of its public law and policy strategies group in the D.C. office. Moore, 56, was previously clerk of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies. He has a bachelor’s degree from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minn.
