Rick Perry to the Manufactured Housing Board, which regulates the state’s manufactured housing industry. Her term expires Jan. 31, 2005. . . . Beth Maultsby, an associate judge of the 301st District Family Court in Dallas County, has been appointed by Gov. Rick Perry as judge of the 303rd District Family Court, also in Dallas County.
