Infocrossing to Pay $36.5M for California’s ITO Acquisition Infocrossing Inc. of Leonia, a provider of outsourced information technology services to large and midsized companies, announced last Thursday that it would pay$36.5 million for ITO Acquisition Corp. of Brea, Calif., another IT outsourcing and professional services provider, operating as Systems Management Specialists (SMS). Infocrossing is represented by Latham & Watkins in New York City. Business Briefs AT&T Wins Networking Contracts AT&T of Bedminster announced last Wednesday, it had won a $27 million, five-year contract from The Sports Authority Inc. of Englewood, Colo., to provide integrated networking solutions. On Thursday, AT&T announced that it had won a $3.6 million, three-year integrated networking contract from CareCore National of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., an outpatient diagnostic-imaging management services organization. Americom Government Services Inc. to Provide Satellite Services to NASA Americom Government Services Inc. of Princeton, a subsidiary of Marshall Communications of Sterling, Va., announced last Thursday it had won a $25 million, four-year contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to provide satellite services for space shuttle video feeds during prelaunch, launch and re-entry. AGS will also broadcast NASA TV. Parsippany’s DRS Technologies Wins $3.6M Contract DRS Technologies, a defense technology company in Parsippany, announced last Friday an order valued at $3.6 million from L-3 Communication Systems-East, of Camden, to provide secure voice and data communications subsystems for U.S. government information security (INFOSEC) program applications.
