In the Dec. 8 issue, ” On the Move” (Page 15) incorrectly reported that three partners had left Kaye Scholer. In fact, David Stewart Christy Jr. and C. Christopher Parlin had been counsel at Kaye Scholer prior to joining the D.C. office of Loeffler Jonas & Tuggey. Michael Daniels had been consulting attorney at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood before joining Loeffler and had never been affiliated with Kaye Scholer. The column also gave incorrect ages for Christy and Parlin. Christy is 41; Parlin is 53. In the Dec. 15 issue, ” Washington Fast Becoming Neutral Territory” contained three errors on Page 15. Although Philip Lacovara relinquished his partnership stake in Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw to join JAMS, he remains senior counsel at the firm. Also, Michael Lewis was a mediator, not an arbitrator, in the so-called black farmers case. Finally, JAMS’s projected revenue for 2003 is $70 million. The $80 million cited in the article is the projected 2004 revenue. Also in the Dec. 15 issue, ” It’s Too Easy for Identity Thieves” (Page 29) included an incorrect Web site for the author’s company. The correct address for Safeguard Shredding is www.safeguardshred.com. The corrections have been made to the Web versions of the article.
