Daphne Eviatar ["Crackdown on Kickbacks," page 20], a New York — based freelancer and attorney, is a contributing editor to The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel’s sibling publication. M. Kelly Tillery’s ["Cyberspace's Legal Black Holes," page 69] practice at Philadelphia’s Leonard, Tillery & Sciolla focuses on civil and intellectual property litigation. Tillery, pictured, is also an adjunct professor in the legal studies department of the Drexel University Lebow Graduate School of Business. Coauthor David J. Shannon is a Leonard, Tillery associate who concentrates his practice on business law and civil litigation. James Wilber ["And the Survey Says . . .," page 87] is a principal in the Milwaukee office of the legal management consulting firm Altman Weil, Inc. “Chipping Away” [June] misstated the method that Rambus Inc. used to obtain its disputed patents. Rambus did not file new applications for those patents in the mid-1990s; it filed amended claims on a patent application that was pending since 1990. We regret the error.
