EPSTEIN BECKER & GREEN Epstein Becker & Green has added two associates to its national health law practice. Jana Lyn Kolarik joins the firm from the Baltimore office of Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver, where she was a health law associate. Kolarik, 33, is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. Judy Lee joins the firm from the New York office of Proskauer Rose, where she was a health care associate. Lee, 30, is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. FELD ENTERTAINMENT INC. Thomas Albert has joined Vienna, Va.-based Feld Entertainment Inc. as vice president of government relations. He will represent the company’s interests before local, state, and federal legislatures and regulatory bodies. Albert, 39, comes to Feld Entertainment from the D.C. office of Birch, Horton, Bittner & Cherot, where he was a partner. He is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law. GREENBERG TRAURIG Robert Stang, 47, has joined Greenberg Traurig’s international trade practice as of counsel. Stang, who specializes in international trade and customs law, was most recently senior manager in the trade and customs practice of KPMG in New York. He is a graduate of George Washington University National Law Center. RADER, FISHMAN & GRAUER Toshikatsu Imaizumi has joined Rader, Fishman & Grauer as an associate. He will prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications for American and Japanese companies. Imaizumi, 41, is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, N.H. TECHLAW INC. Matthew Low has been named president of TechLaw Inc., an environmental and information management consulting and services firm based in Chantilly, Va. Low, 54, most recently served as president of TLI Systems, a subsidiary of TechLaw, specializing in environmental management consulting, alternative dispute resolution, and regulatory policy and analysis. He is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law. TIGHE PATTON ARMSTRONG TEASDALE Steven Lancellotta has joined Tighe Patton Armstong Teasdale as partner. He will provide strategic, transactional, regulatory, and government relations counsel to clients in the telecommunications and technology industries.
