SECURITIES the u.s. commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has sued three Kansas City, Kan.-based commodity promoters-Derek Abrahams, Frank Asaro and Nicholas A. Guarino Jr.-and the two companies they created-Wall Street Underground Inc. and Web Fulfillment Centre Inc.-alleging violations of the Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. 6o(1)(A) and (B)).
