SUSPENSION The following persons have been suspended by the California Supreme Court, effective on the dates indicated. Unless otherwise noted, they are required to pass the professional responsibility exam specified in the court order and to comply with Rule 955 of the California Rules of Court: # Melanie Rae Blum, Tustin, Nov. 10. Suspended for six months and until restitution and until State Bar Court grants motion to terminate suspension. Suspended for three years and until restitution and until shows proof of rehabilitation, fitness to practice, and learning and ability in the general law. Five years’ probation with conditions. # Barry Lawrence Slotnick, New York, Nov. 10. Suspended for 30 days.
