It was an evening for the Philadelphia Bar Association to honor both its newest chancellor and its oldest luminaries.
At a news conference Tuesday preceding the association’s annual Chancellor’s Reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel on Market Street, incoming Chancellor Allan H. Gordon of Kolsby Gordon unveiled what was called a 200-year time capsule of the bar association’s history: The Philadelphia Lawyer Century 3 magazine.
