Last year, Gary Kremen won a $65 million judgment against Stephen Michael Cohen, who fraudulently obtained "sex.com" from the Internet domain name registrar Network Solutions. However, Kremen's suit against Network Solutions over the transfer of ownership was rejected back then. On Tuesday, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel heard arguments in the appeal, and seemed inclined to reinstate the suit.
