The Affiliates 2002 Salary Guide reveals law firm salaries will be virtually flat, with average starting base pay expected to rise 0.5 percent in 2002.

Compiled by The Affiliates, the legal staffing division of job placement giant Robert Half International, the salary guide suggests law firms plan to be more conservative with salary awards in the coming year than last year.
