Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, where Pooley is currently a partner, circulated an internal memo Tuesday announcing Pooley’s plan to leave Dec. 31 for Milbank.
Pooley, however, declined to comment, saying he was preparing to leave for a vacation.
