Assistant District Attorney Floyd Andrews voluntarily surrendered Friday after San Rafael police said their investigation determined there was probable cause to arrest him. The police report and recommendations were submitted Friday to the Marin County district attorney.
He was freed on $25,000 bail after being booked, fingerprinted and photographed at the Marin County jail, police said.
