Shearman & Sterling represented Nokia Networks, an infrastructure division of Nokia and a client of the firm since 1995. Partner Michael Coleman led the deal from the firm’s Menlo Park office with assistance out of the San Francisco office from senior associate Ann Woo and associate Denise Lew.

Coleman said the investment was a natural move for both companies, as they have been involved in commercial and distribution deals before.
