Near the top of the pack once again is San Francisco’s Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin, the utility’s lead counsel, which submitted $4.2 million in fees and expenses for work from Dec. 1 to March 31. This is slightly higher than the $3.9 million it requested the prior four-month period.
