OnRamp Fellowship, a program from the organization Diversity Lab that helps women returning to law and finance jobs after a career break, is expanding from law firms to legal departments.

On May 25, OnRamp, in partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel, announced the launch of OnRamp In-House. Women with at least three years of legal experience and who have taken a hiatus for at least two years are eligible to apply. The women selected will participate in a one-year, paid fellowship with a participating law department and they will also receive career counseling and training in negotiations, project management and other skills.
