Locke Lord has hired a new energy partner in Hong Kong.
Jack Su was most recently Hong Kong-based general counsel for China-focused producer Green Dragon Gas Ltd, responsible for all legal and compliance matters. Last year, he represented the company in a $142 million investment made by Singapore-based Mandolin Capital Pte. Ltd.
