Reed Smith has hired away the Singapore managing partner of London-based Ince & Co. and the cohead of its Singaporean formal law alliance partner Incisive Law.

Both firms confirmed that Richard Lovell and Mohan Subbaraman, respectively, are making the move. The news comes after reports that Ince has lost seven other partners since April and is currently sounding out other firms for a merger.
