Chinese firm Broad & Bright has hired a corporate partner in Beijing.
Libin Zhang was most recently a Beijing-based corporate counsel heading Siemens Ltd.’s in-house M&A team in Asia and Australia. Zhang advises foreign companies on their investments in China and Chinese companies on outbound investment, especially in the energy, construction and infrastructure sector. He had represented clients including oil company Amoco Corp., Prudential Financial Inc. and ABB Ltd.
