Anglo-German law firm Taylor Wessing has entered into an association with Jakarta-based Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners.

Led by managing partner Constant Marino Ponggawa, 63-lawyer Hanafiah Ponggawa handles corporate, intellectual property, labor law, and commercial litigation matters.

The move by Taylor Wessing is the latest by an international firm in Indonesia this year. In September, London-based Clyde & Co announced an alliance with seven-partner Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo. In May, DLA Piper formed an association with Ivan Almaida Baely & Firmansyah. In January, White & Case signed a cooperation agreement with Indonesian firm MD & Partners.
