Bounthong Vongsaly, a veteran diplomat, will serve as the firm's chief representative in Laos. The office will focus on banking, finance and commercial matters.

The new office in the Laotian capital of Vientiane will be led by Daniel Noonan, who is relocating from Sciaroni’s Phnom Penh main office. Before joining Sciaroni five years ago, Noonan was a lawyer in Vietnam with Baker & McKenzie.
