Pinsent Masons has hired a new partner to spearhead a technology, media and telecommunications practice in Singapore.

Bryan Tan will be joining the U.K. firm in May from Singapore’s eight-lawyer Keystone Law Corp., where he was founding partner and director. He advises on a range of matters with technology aspects, including divestments and financings of telecommunications businesses, acquisitions of software companies, and the drafting of information technology contracts
