Pepper Hamilton has made the rare move for an Am Law 200 firm of hiring a non-lawyer chief executive officer to take over management of the firm.
Scott Green, who has served as executive director of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr since 2007, will serve as Philadelphia-based Pepper Hamilton’s first CEO in a newly created position. He will have oversight over both the firm’s legal and management functions.
